St. Casimir ParishLithuanian Catholic Church

About us

One parish, two languages, one family

St. Casimir Parish is an ethnically diverse Catholic parish with a dual mission: to unite and strengthen the Lithuanian community, and to welcome all who wish to become part of our parish family.

Our mission

What we’re about

We are called to be people of faith centered in the Eucharist, living the Gospels, and meeting Christ in the sacraments as well as in each other.

We seek to meet the spiritual needs of parishioners of all ages, to build our neighborhood while celebrating the traditions and culture of Lithuania, and to meet challenges and build a strong parish together.

Our patron

St. Casimir (1458–1484) was a prince of the Jagiellonian dynasty, remembered for his prayer, his devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary, and his generosity to the poor. He is the patron saint of Lithuania, and his feast day is March 4.

Our story

St. Casimir Parish carries forward generations of Lithuanian Catholic life in Cleveland. The full parish history — founding, the building of our church on Neff Road, and the families who made it home — is being gathered and will be published here. To confirm

Today

We celebrate Mass in English and Lithuanian every weekend, host Lithuanian scout troops, and bring together neighbors of every background on Cleveland’s east side.
